Starting September 28, 2024, the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines will introduce several enhancements to its visa services, including a new Visa Application Center (VAC) at Parqal Building in Parañaque City, an updated online appointment system, and expanded call center services for U.S. citizens. The new VAC will require visa applicants to schedule photo capture and fingerprinting sessions prior to their embassy interviews.
