Bureau of Immigration 2026 Annual Report

Pursuant to Section 10 of Republic Act No. 562, as amended (Alien Registration Act of 1950), all registered foreign nationals holding valid Immigrant, Non‑Immigrant, or Special Non‑Immigrant visas with a valid Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR I‑Card) are required to complete the Annual Report within the first sixty (60) days of the calendar year — from 01 January 2026 to 01 March 2026.

WHO MUST COMPLY?

All foreign nationals holding a valid Immigrant, Non-immigrant, or Special Non-Immigrant visa with an Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR I-Card).

January 01, 2026 – March 01, 2026

HOW TO COMPLY

1. In‑Person Reporting

2. Virtual Annual Reporting (Online)

3. Through an Authorized Representative (Non‑Appearance)

The following are exempted from personal appearance and may report through an authorized representative or accredited agent instead of personal appearance:

  • Foreign nationals below 14 years old
  • Foreign nationals 60 years old and above
  • Mentally or physically incapacitated individuals (must present a PWD ID)
  • Pregnant women or those who are medically unfit (must present a medical certificate)
  • All exemptions must be supported by valid documentation.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

✔ Failure to comply with the Annual Report within the specified period may lead to administrative fines, penalties, or immigration consequences.

✔ Registered foreigners planning to depart the Philippines must clear their Annual Report prior to the issuance of an Emigration Clearance Certificate (ECC B).
